The proposal comprises the demolition of the existing bungalow and two blocks of flats proposed to create one and two-bedroom flats.

The planning permission was already granted but the scheme was modified to comply with the Building regulations.

The appearance of the flats was also amended to create a palette of render of facing brickwork to respect the surrounding area.

The new landscaping area was designed to accommodate an outdoor area for the residents without overlooking the neighbours.
