I'm delighted to recently gain planning approval for a replacement bungalow in the Green Belt (GB) settlement and within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

The existing bungalow was run down and the new proposal comprises a bungalow, with generous footage and private gardens. Whilst unique, the design is based on traditional forms, balance, and shapes.

Materials are reflective of traditional materials that are typical of the Chiltern rural area and reflective of Chilterns AONB. The unique design is appropriate in an area where most properties have individual designs.

I've just finished the working drawings and look forward to commencing the work on-site.
